Lynne is certified as an Academic Language Therapist (ALTA) and a Dyslexia Specialist (IDA), serves on the Tennessee branch of the International Dyslexia Association, and holds certificates from Simultaneous Multisensory Institute of Language Arts (SMILA), the Slingerland Institute, and Multisensory Teaching Approach (MTA).  She is currently the director of teacher training in middle Tennessee for SMILA and has completed 25 years of training in Multisensory teaching.
